Executive Director/Building manager

 

A Better Track non profit seeks Property manager/Executive Director.  If you are career minded and have some management experience we want to talk to you!

The Property Manager/Executive Director oversees and directs the day to day property management for the non profit.. Responsibilities include administrative activities, marketing, property maintenance, human resource management, student/resident relations, property budgeting, and reporting. Education experience helpful, nonprofit experience scores points and sales would really help!!

Responsibilities include

  • Developing marketing strategy and maintain effective advertising to attract prospective students to community.
  • Prospect and sign students, accurately complete paperwork. Ensure customers/residents receive a high level of service consistent with policy..
  • Handle and resolve student/customer issues.. Ensure community is well-maintained and groomed..
  • Collect tuitions and actively follow up on delinquencies..Manage the collection process, including depositing income manage eviction process for community..
  • Approve operating expenses and sales-related costs. Provide accurate data to assist in capital expenditure and expansion budget needs.. Monitor monthly operating budgets and prepare daily reports.
  • Coordinate volunteer selection, training, and development for community staff and ensure all volunteers comply with appropriate policies and procedures. Enforce community rules and regulations.
  • Negotiate with third-party vendors for products and services.Oversee capital expenditure improvements. Coordinate and follow-up on service requests.
  • Monitor and maintain community assets and equipment on a continuous basis. All other duties as assigned

This is a 1099 performance based position

We always need help fixing things! If you have home improvement experience, Awesome!!  Some knowlege os security camera equiptment helpful.

This is a volunteer position.
